Need ability to auto-approve PTO up to a defined daily tolerance and deny beyond that threshold.

We’d like PTO requests to auto-approve or auto-deny based on total daily staffing capacity. Right now everything has to be reviewed manually, even on days where we already know the limit has been reached. We’re looking for a rules-based setup where we can define a total daily cap, have requests auto-approve while we’re under that threshold, and automatically deny (or route for review) once the limit is hit. This would save a lot of manual work and prevent inconsistencies.
