I’d like to see automated approval flows for VTO and Overtime schedule changes that respond to available slots or configurable rules. Right now, these approvals rely heavily on someone actively monitoring Slack, email or internal channels, which introduces delays and uncertainty - especially for intraday scenarios.
Agents can left waiting without clear, quick confirmation of approval on a request, which affects their ability to adjust their schedules efficiently and creates unnecessary confusion about whether or not they’re expected to work. An automated system would allow for faster, more consistent responses and reduce the operational overhead on managers or workforce teams.
