An Assembled app within ServiceCloud which would allow engineers to view their schedules within SC, and would allow managers to monitor adherence from SC. This would eliminate the need for users to have to go into Assembled, when they're already operating out of Service Cloud.

The Assembled App for Salesforce Service Cloud allows agents to access their daily schedules in the place where they're doing their work.
