Apply event rules based on shift type (e.g. Extra Work)

There’s currently no way to apply event rules (like breaks) only to Extra Work shifts. Scheduling Rules apply broadly and can’t distinguish between regular shifts and Extra Work shifts, which are created through a separate workflow.
Desired Behavior
Allow event rules to be applied conditionally based on shift type or source, for example:
- Apply a break rule only to Extra Work shifts
- Apply rules only to shifts created via Voluntary Time Slots
