We run a shift bidding process internally and then want to send this shift information into a template in Assembled. In order to do that, we need to publish them as a test schedule through the API, then manually convert that test schedule into a template in the UI. This adds a manual step to the workflow.

We would like the ability to send in the schedules as templates through the API so the process can be managed programmatically.
