Ability to pull metrics on schedule change requests via the API: Who requested the change, timestamp of change, if the request was approved/denied, who approved/denied the request

Would love to see this expanded beyond just GET requests but to also include POST/PATCH/DELETE methods. The intent would be to allow creating, editing, and cancelling of schedule change requests via API.
