Customers need a way to access overtime data through Assembled’s API. The goal is to pull overtime slots by interval, day, or month and understand both the overtime hours that were offered and the hours that agents accepted.

The request is to expose overtime data through the public API, including offered OT slots and accepted OT hours, with details such as date, time/interval, agent, and relevant queue or channel. This would allow customers to build their own OT availability, coverage, and take-rate reporting.
