Employees need to be able to request time off in increments smaller than 1 full (or rounded to the next full) hour. At a minimum, need to allow for 15/30 minute increments.

Hi Crimson Dove! We recently changed the time off request form to allow this, so it should already be possible for employees to specify precisely when they want the time off to start and end. (If I've misunderstood the problem, please let us know.)
