If an agent is scheduled for Tickets but their contact platform state shows “In Meeting” (or Training/Project), Assembled marks them out of adherence unless the schedule is updated to match. We need an admin option to set certain states/event codes to always be in adherence, regardless of what the Assembled schedule says, to avoid administrative burden of schedule edits.
