Summary
Schedule change notifications currently apply to all agents in the Default Schedule and cannot be limited by team, site, queue, role, or individual agent.
Problem
Customers onboarding in phases cannot enable notifications for just one team. When turned on, all agents are notified, which creates confusion and limits incremental rollout.
Request
Allow schedule change notifications to be filtered or scoped by:
- Team
- Site
- Queue
- Role
- Individual agent opt-in/out
