Most of our agents request time off with the first date they would like off and ending with the last date they would like off. However, when those dates include the weekend or even holidays, our Time Off reporting in terms of the hours or distinct days the agent has requested off is skewed since those numbers currently include dates or hours in which we aren't providing support.

There is no way to easily input holidays based on teams.

It's pretty manual currently with the provided workaround solutions. There should easier ways to enter holidays without manually blocking on everyone's calendar, creating a template or doing imports. We are a global team and we need to put in US and UK holidays to the respective teams.
