Allow for 10 min event types by default instead of 15 mins

Our staff take 10 minute breaks, and only start tasks on the 10 min intervals, never on 15 or 45 minutes. It takes a significant amount of time to add in 10 min breaks or other events, manually changing the start/end time for each of our staff.
