For instance, a company has closed operating hours from 1AM-6AM. Would like to still have 12A-1A and 6A-Midnight on the timeline but block off the closed hours and have them hidden from the timeline.

We can configure business hours at the account level to change the hours visible on the Staffing Timeline. This is only a visual change.

Monica Rangel Would it be possible to apply business hours to the visual chart? It looks weird that its applied to one section of the page but then the chart still has all hours.

This would be extremely helpful. We are only open 9am-9pm so those other hours are just in the way.
