We need the ability to choose which past weeks feed into the forecast model on a per-queue basis. Some queues stabilize with a 2-week lookback, others need a 4-week or blended approach. Without direct control, we end up waiting several weeks for patterns to normalize after changes. Flexible weighting would make forecasts more accurate for each queue’s unique behavior.
