Agent states created via the customer's contact data integration cannot currently be deleted, deactivated, or hidden once they are synced into Assembled. This creates long-term clutter and reporting noise when teams create temporary or test agent statuses.
Proposed Solution
Provide admins with one or more of the following options:
  • Delete agent states that are no longer needed
  • Deactivate or archive agent states so they no longer appear in the UI or mappings
