It would be great if when an agent selects "time off" through Assembled that when we approve it only applies the absent code on top of their scheduled shift. Currently it will apply a 24 hour segment to the schedule.

Agreed. Makes shrinkage reporting nearly impossible with the current set up. It should also not count on days where no schedule exists. Think Aspect/Alvaria and shift containers/superstates
