it would really help for agents to see their own productivity metrics....we currently have an all or nothing dashboard. This would be empowering for the agent!

Under Company settings > Permissions, you can configure whether or not agents can view their own Agent Scorecards, or even all agents' scorecards. This will enable agents to view their own productivity metrics!
