Agent scorecards do not currently export the agent's scheduled events, only their actual events. This requires a very tedious day-by-day manual review of their statuses against their schedule to pinpoint attendance issues. Allow the agent scorecard to include that option for easier comparison and analysis of their actual states for a given time period. Bonus points if you can have the system flag those on the scorecard for quick viewing.
