I should be able to enable or disable schedule notifications that appear in the Zendesk sidebar app, so that I can control whether agents see upcoming event alerts directly within Zendesk.
I should be able to access this setting from an admin configuration area (e.g., Configure → Third-party integrations → Zendesk app settings), without needing engineering support.
I should be able to rely on this setting to fully control Zendesk sidebar notifications independently from Chrome extension notification settings, so there is no confusion between different notification systems
