While we don't have an option to edit adherence specifically, we do support agent state editing. Read more about it here: https://support.assembled.com/hc/en-us/articles/22369292368525-Agent-state-editing

Agreed, Adherence exceptions are something that other products have, and while we want to minimize them, it's a part of contact center life that some out-of-adherence events should be excusable.
