Companies with employees across multiple timezones need the ability to set each employee's timezone during CSV upload.
Currently, all uploaded employees inherit the company's default timezone, which causes reporting issues for teams with agents in different regions.
Customer Impact (On Running):
  • Has agents in North America (PST) and Cairo, Egypt
  • When uploading employees, start dates default to company timezone (America/Los_Angeles)
  • This causes incorrect start times in reports and missing shift hours
  • Currently requires manual timezone updates for every employee after upload
Requested Solution:
Add a "Timezone" column to the People CSV upload that accepts IANA timezone values (e.g., Africa/Cairo, Europe/Berlin, America/Los_Angeles)
