Currently, users are able to look through all of the agents with specific states on the realtime analysis page and use the group by option to see stats but it would be nice if there were an area which showed a summary of the number of agents in adherence, out of adherence. As well as potentially a summary of agents in a specific state, etc which was more explicit.

This reporting would allow us to gain better insights into how our agents are performing faster
