Allow users to filter by Role in Templates and ideally across all areas of the platform (staffing timeline, reports, etc.).

Currently, filtering options include Queue, Site, Team, Channel, and Skills, but Role is not available as a filter. Adding Role filtering would help teams more easily view and manage schedules for specific roles.

Use case: Customers need to quickly view and apply templates for specific roles without having to manually filter through all agents.
