Add intervals for multiple day PTO requests

Work each day of a PTO request, it would be helpful if we could put what hours it should be like 9-5. Then on the agent's schedule it only blocks that time.

I concur! PTO shouldn't be defaulted to 24 hours, that's technically equivalent to 3 days for a full time 8hr/day employee.

Agreed with this one. The 24-hour count for an all-day event really skews shrinkage data. It would be nice to also limit it to only days that are scheduled to work.
