Add "Customer Phone Number" as an exclusion filter for Amazon Connect

Add the ability to exclude calls by customer phone number in Amazon Connect integrations. Currently, the exclusions feature only supports filtering by channel, initiation method, queue name/ARN, or routing profile. This means customers cannot exclude spam/robocalls by phone number even after blocking them in Amazon Connect, causing data quality issues in reporting and forecasting.
Customer Impact:
Spam/robocalls skew contact volume reporting
Forecasts become inaccurate due to spam call volume
Scheduling decisions based on inflated volume data
No retroactive way to clean up historical spam call data
Workarounds (like excluding all "No Queue" calls) are too broad and remove legitimate data
