Add additional option in Time Off Requests to "Wait List"

In the event that a Time Off Request cannot be approved, it would be worthwhile to have an additional option that can kept waitlisted versus staying in a Pending state.

Ideally, these requests could also be auto-denied after the requested date has passed.

Even if we leave requests pending, there is currently no way to view requests for a specific day, and also sort in the order of creation.

Commenting here in the hopes that it will bump this suggestion up, since it's been in the queue a while. Seems like just adding another status for the request to be in is a pretty small lift, but would open up a lot of possibilities.
