Add a description to events created by Optimizations

Add the ability to have events created by running an optimization have a description applied to the events created by each rule in an optimization.
For example, you use an optimization to create a training, it would be great to also add a text description of "yearly training x" to events when you run the optimization. You might change the text too, so you can have everyone getting their "training" events, but the event will also list what training the end-user should do in that time.

This would definitely be a killer feature. I see a particular use case for web-based trainings which may all share one event code, but have differing assigned content. This feature would save hours when it comes to scheduling WBTs in their most optimal positions, while still allowing event context to be added on the fly. Big fan of this.

Scheduling a 100+ trainings in a certain time period would be WAY easier if we could run optimizations for this!! I super agree!!!

Commenting to hopefully draw attention - not having this is a huge pain for training specifically. The employee needs to know what training to take, but using unique events is not feasible, as this creates problems when trying to quantify time spent on trainings later.
