Ability to track vendor delivery and activity across channels and report on billable vs non-billable hours.

This functionality would focus on creating a tool to track Vendor Delivery through integrating existing time tracking systems and linking specific time tracked in those tools to staff groups. Then, reports would be available to validate the time tracked and reconcile invoiced vendor delivery directly within Assembled.

Track logged hours in Assembled across time tracking tools (similar to adherence). Basically say we're feeding in time tracking from Twilio, API activity tracker, whatever, and be able to associate it to a specific queue and look at the net total of hours, not compared to schedules.
E.g. how many hours are we being billed for by vendors
Challenge is being able to track these hours when they need them filtered at the queue level, and the agent <> queue mappings change constantly
