Our agents work split shifts, where they will work for 4 hours in the morning, and then 4 hours in the afternoon with a big block of time in between.

This can cause time off reporting issues if we have one long agent shift pattern to account for their whole day and they request time off.

It would be nice if we could account for their shift pattern in the morning and in the afternoon on the same day while having time in between those shifts blocked off.

We use several different types of shifts - I would like to apply different shift patterns to different people - and some are 9-1 and 5-9 but cannot enter split shifts like that.

I need to be able to add different shift patterns to different days for each person. They do not always work the exact same time every day of every week - I do not know any team that actually runs like that
