This would be a great feature that would allow our WFM to easily track agent trends associated to incorrect schedule change requests procedures which would drive training and process improvement initiatives.

Ability to export event change requests records. Use Cases:
- Analyzing workload on the WFM team (who is approving/denying what) on their shift.
- Analyzing how much time our RTMs will be spending processing the changes.
- Trending for abuse/misuse from the advocates
- Trending for denial reasons
