Ability to customize the zendesk app notification to be bigger and to post at a specific time before an even starts.

Also, the zendesk app that we are using for Assembled, any way to configure the pop ups? I know we talked about being able to adjust the time(5 min before events). Can we configure the size and position of the pop ups? Personally, I would like a more prominent pop up, the one we have currently is easy to miss

+1 for configuring the position of the pop-ups! Ideally they could be moved to a different area of the screen, avoiding the same area as Zendesk status changes

It would also be great to have the ability to determine what events would be getting notifications for. And while we would like to customize these notifications, it would be good to allow us to close or hide these notifications so we can click behind it.

+1! We'd love to be able to customize the time the notification triggers. Right now, it seems to show up 2 minutes before the start of an event — the way our team operates, it's much more applicable to have the notification 5 minutes before the start of an event.
It would also be great if we could have notifications for when shifts end, similarly 5 minutes before the event ends.
