Enable workflows to trigger outbound messages to customers proactively, without requiring the customer to have initiated a conversation first.
Customers want to notify their end-users about known issues in real time (e.g., an order delay) before those users contact support. Today, workflows can only send a message as a step within an active interaction. There's no way to push a message to a customer based on an external event trigger.
