Would be nice to see a reduced time off balance. For example, out of total 80 hours and then a person takes 8 hours, the new balance would be 72 hours.

And an accrual function that allows the rep to accrue based on company policy, then when they request off they can hit their accruals and the time off buckets.

Additionally, it would be useful to be able for those balances to be inputted directly in Assembled and be customizable. To bring that one step further, it would be ideal to be able to auto-deny or approve time off requests based on these balances

Coral Stingray Yeah, being able to upload balances and set them for specific groups/skills would be really valuable in communicating when time off is always okay or if it needs to be scrutinised.
