In addition to the submitted feedback to select multiple channels in FvA (https://assembled.canny.io/workforce-improvements/p/adding-multiple-channels-in-fva), it would be nice for this capability to exist in all reports.
Use case: I'd like to automate a scheduled export of Team Performance, based on specific metrics, to Google Sheets, which is connected to Power BI and transformed to meet my customized display of average unique cases solved per scheduled hour for each support team (instead of each support agent). Running multiple exports for Email, Phone, and Chat creates 27 separate exports. This enhancement would reduce this to 9 Google Sheets.
