PTO Calendar view for agents with time off balance

We’d like agents to have the ability to view a calendar based on the queue assigned to them and show the total number of hours remaining available for any given day. Then they can see what days are available for time off based on headcount.
It should automatically reduce the hours when agents are approved time off.

When approving PTO in the platform, we are not able to see what the capacity is by group to know how close we are to the cap and when to deny. At this time we are able to use the time off rules, but it would be great to show the rest of CX how much PTO has already been approved for the day so they can make more informed decisions when requesting time off.

To add: the ideal goal here would be for agents to view a calendar with an hours available bucet shown, which reduces available hours remaining when agents are approved for time off.
This is so agents see how many hours are available to take off for the day. We have many cases where agents take partial days off and seeing an hours bucket VS a headcount bucket would be more appropriate for how we manage time off.
