Hello Assembled Team,
I’d like to submit a feature request regarding schedule monitoring. Our team would benefit from an automated notification or alert when staffing for any given schedule drops to only one employee. This would help us proactively manage coverage, prevent single‑coverage situations, and ensure service levels remain consistent.
Currently, we rely on manual reviews to identify low‑staffing scenarios, but an automated alert would significantly improve efficiency and reduce the risk of missed gaps.
If this type of alert already exists or can be configured in another way, I would appreciate any guidance. Otherwise, please consider this as a request for future development.

Submitting a request to have a way to set up notifications to alert the team about upcoming gaps in coverage. For example, if no agents are scheduled for a specific channel during a specific time or a block ends without overlapping with the next agent's block.

Add threshold sending Slack notification when the number of available agents is below a certain amount.

Productive Staffing Threshold Alert
Implement alerts when the percentage of agents scheduled for productive events falls below a configurable threshold (e.g., 20%) for specific days, teams, or channels.
This would help managers identify understaffing situations in advance, allowing them to take proactive measures to adjust schedules and maintain appropriate service levels.

This would be really useful, especially in advance. Lets say on Friday we get a notification that we will be understaffed on the weekend. Or during the day we get a notification that evenings need attention
