Awesome that we have the ability to change the gcal sync to show schedules as busy or free, but the next thing we need is to delineate that by event type (critical to things like using Calendly to schedule during productive hours).

For example, lunch should probably show as busy, but online for emails could show as free, so that agents can use their Calendly to schedule screen shares during email time (but not lunch)
