When selecting "Keep Manually Edited Events", I should be able to apply a template without it appending events into blank time slots outside of manually edited (approved) events, even though the current behavior is for templates to fill in any blank spaces. This would ensure that only the manually edited events remain and reduce the need for manual cleanup.

I should be able to edit the filters (such as channel, queue, site, etc.) for a Template after it has been created, so I can adjust targeting criteria without needing to recreate the entire Template.

Currently custom roles can not create a template under whether they are part of a restricted site or not. It would be nice to have a non-admin custom role be able to create their own templates for their restricted group of employees

The amount of templates/shift patterns for us is getting very messy ... it would be great if there was a way to create categories of templates and shift patterns to help clean the page up a little.

Ability to update templates when making changes to individual schedules would be helpful. For example, if a schedule was created from a Monday template, having a system notice that asks 'Would you like to apply this change to the template?' would save time when making similar changes across multiple schedules.

It would be helpful if templates included a row for scheduled staffing, similar to what is available on the Staffing Timeline. If the templates had filters, it would be great if this scheduled staffing updated as you applied filters.

Currently you have a search feature in the templates section that searches for keywords in the titles of the templates, but I think it would also be very helpful to be able to search by agent name to see which templates agent may reside in.

Currently, templates must be applied one at a time for each group. The ability to apply multiple templates at once would expedite scheduling.

When Sorting Schedules I should be able to sort by schedule start time in the staffing table. When doing so, it should put off agents below anyone that is actually scheduled for the day.
