Assembled Workforce Management

Agents need a clear way to see schedule changes, extra time, schedule change request, and time-off updates/approvals/denials in Assembled. A notification dropdown or unread badge could help make these updates more visible than email alone.

We need the ability to notify agents by SMS about important workforce updates, such as schedule changes, time-off updates, and ET/VTO approvals. Agents currently receive these updates through work email, but they cannot access that email or Assembled outside the office due to device and Okta restrictions. SMS notifications would ensure agents receive timely updates wherever they are.

Have a need for Leads to receive Time Off Request status notifications via Slack or Email for their Direct Reports. This could be controlled by being able to associate a "Team" attribute with someone in a Team Lead or Manager Role. Could also be accomplished by having customizable options for Time Off Notifications, where a lead could select what notifications they would like to receive via an attribute filter. Existing solutions do not align with our business 1 - We cannot use "Slack Email" option. (The Assembled App for Slack would work but notifications would need to be customizable like the real-time notifications) 2 - Restricted Sites option is also not an option that would work Additional Context - WFM is the sole decisioner of Time Off Requests. Managers/Leads do not decision any time off requests in Assembled

Would be nice to have notification to slack when SFTP sync fails.

Currently, the only notification that a Schedule Generation run has completed is an email. Teams that live in Slack for day-to-day WFM work have to periodically check their inbox or manually revisit the Generation History page to know when a run has finished. Request: Add a configurable Slack notification that fires when a Schedule Generation run completes.

Today, threshold-based notifications fire to a shared Slack channel immediately. There is no option to first give an agent a private opportunity to self-correct before escalating visibility to the broader team. Request: Support a configurable escalation flow within threshold settings: Step 1: Assembled DMs the agent directly when the threshold is breached Step 2: If the agent does not resolve within a defined time window, the notification escalates to the team's public Slack channel with an @ mention Business Impact: Gives agents a private first chance to self-correct, reduces noise in shared channels for issues that resolve quickly, and preserves channel visibility for cases that genuinely require RTA intervention. Creates a logical end-to-end flow that maximizes the value of multiple notification thresholds.

Current threshold-based notifications fire with basic state/adherence information but no operational context. RTAs must switch between Assembled views to understand whether a threshold breach is urgent or within normal range. Request: Allow admins to configure Slack notifications to include key interval-level metrics inline — such as average handle time, current wait time, and a comparison against the prior hour. All of this data already lives in Assembled; the gap is surfacing it within the notification itself. Business Impact: Enables the RTA team to triage urgency and make intraday decisions directly from the notification, without switching screens. Reduces decision latency during high-volume or high-absence periods.

We'd like to set a sort of alarm if a rep's occupancy gets to a certain threshold.

I would love to be able to select agents who get these notifications versus the ones who don't maybe based on their department or based on a particular skill set because we don't schedule our BPO agents. Other teams do that and they might do schedules differently than we do.

Email notifications when an employee cancels time off requests. The system emails us when it auto approves, but we don't get an email if they retract/cancel.
